It can happen. Don’t worry. Simply click on the “Forgot your password” link. Enter the email address you’re signed up with and click on “SEND LINK”. You will receive a reset email. Please note it can take a couple minutes for the email to come through. Check your spam folder.



If we can’t find your email address an error message will be displayed. Please check that you are using the right email address and the spelling is correct. If you have signed up with facebook or Togo please ensure the linked email address is being used.
