You’ve received an email notification from Mighway?

Check the email - you will find a link “Respond to Guest”, “Chat with Owner/Guest” or similar, depending on the nature of the email. Click on the link which will take you to our login page or directly into the chatroom if you're already logged in. You’ll find your chat history with all messages. You will see a text box that says "Type your message here". Type your message and hit "SEND". Please note that if the chatroom is left open in your browser you may not get a notification about a new message as we assume you're still viewing the chat room window and see the incoming messages.

If you can’t find a link to the chat room in the email received or you’ve been alerted via TXT please login through the Mighway website:

https://app.mighway.com/login and select the booking from the “My bookings” section in your dashboard by clicking on the guest name.
