You’ve received an email notification from Mighway?

Check the email - you will find a link “Respond to Guest”, “Chat with Owner/Guest” or similar, depending on the nature of the email. Click on the link which will take you to our login page or directly into the chat if already logged in. You’ll find your chat history with all messages. Scroll to the bottom and enter your message in the “What would you like to ask” section. Click send. Sometimes the view might be blocked by a banner asking you to “accept cookies”.

If you can’t find a link in the email received or you’ve been alerted via TXT please login through the Mighway website:

https://app.mighway.com/signin and select the booking from the “My bookings” section in your dashboard by clicking on the guest name.
