If you have received an infringement notice that indicates the offence occurred while your vehicle was with a guest, email or scan a copy of this to Mighway as soon as possible to support@mighway.com.


Mighway will make payment on your behalf and seek to recover this from the guest who had you vehicle at the time.


It is important this is advised to Mighway as soon as possible to ensure this is actioned within a reasonable timeframe for the guest.
