How do I create an account in the Mighway Owner app?

Account creation is currently only available on mighway.com.


  1. Head over to mighway.com and follow the instructions to create an account.

  2. Add your vehicle.

  3. You will receive an email from Mighway with a link to complete your account creation, tap create my account. It is recommended to do this from your smartphone.

  4. Enter your new password

    1. For security reasons the Mighway Owners app is unable to read your password on mighway.com.

    2. The Mighway Owners app and Mighway.com do not share a single password, unless you entered the same password on both.

  5. If you haven’t already, download the Mighway Owners app.

  6. Sign into the app using your email address and your new password.


How do I sign into the Mighway Owner app?

To sign into the Mighway Owner app, use your existing Mighway account email address and the password you entered when creating your Mighway Owner account.


Note: the password for the Mighway Owner app may not be the same as the password you use on mighway.com.

How do I start a new inspection report on the Mighway Owner app?

  1. Open your Mighway Owner app.

  2. At the bottom right of the screen, tap the inspection () icon

  3. You will now be able to start an inspection.


If you have multiple vehicles, you can choose from your vehicles by tapping the navigation/hamburger () icon at the top right of the screen, and selecting change vehicle. Note: the navigation icon will not be available while you are creating or editing an inspection.


What happens to an inspection once it‘s completed in the Mighway Owner app?

When you’ve completed both the pick-up and drop-off inspection reports, the complete report is sent to the guest via the email address that was entered in the pick-up inspection, as well as the Mighway support team.


Completed inspection reports cannot be edited.


You can find your completed inspection in the Mighway Owners under Completed inspections.


What happens to an pick-up inspection once it’s completed in the Mighway Owner app?

When pick-up inspections are completed, they are found under Drop-off inspections, ready for the last stage of the inspection to be completed.


Completed pick-up inspections cannot be edited.


How can I view a completed inspection in the Mighway Owner app?

Completed inspections can be found under Completed inspections.


Only inspections that were completed in the Mighway Owner app can be found here. Any inspections created in the RV Inspection app will have been emailed to you.


As a guest, how can I view a completed inspection?

If the owner of the vehicle completed your inspection via the Mighway Owner app, a link to the completed inspection report will have been emailed to you.


You will need a Mighway ABE account to view the inspection report.

How do I change my password in the Mighway Owner app?

  1. Open the Mighway Owner app.

  2. Tap the navigation/hamburger () icon at the top right of the screen.

  3. Go to Account > Change password

  4. Enter your password twice and tap Change password.
