Upon returning the vehicle the owner needs to agree with the guest if there are any unreported damages to the van. The Owner is required to complete the Pick up / Drop off report and clearly explain the new damage, as well as taking images that clearly show the damage. Both the owner and guest must then sign the completed report. If the owner does try to make a claim subsequent to the drop off process and it has not been agreed with the guest, the claim will not be accepted by Mighway.
