If you arrive to collect the vehicle, and it is not as advertised immediately contact the Mighway team. Mighway will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Mighway connects guests with vehicle owners and as such is unable to inspect every vehicle before pick up. Our owners are responsible for providing accurate information on their listings, and failure to do as such can result in Mighway, at its discretion, removing said vehicle listings from the platform, providing the guests with a full refund or helping to locate suitable alternatives for the guests journey (subject to availability).
